Sending a notice

Use the report form (choose "Copyright infringement") or email our designated agent at admin@enzonic.com. A notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
3. The exact URL of each file, for example https://cdn.rapidfile.cc/<id>/<name>.
4. Your contact details: name, address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

We review every complete notice, remove or disable access to the identified files, and inform the developer account that owns the app. Because files are uploaded by the end users of our customers' apps, the developer may also act against the uploader in their own product.

Counter-notices

If you believe a file was removed by mistake or misidentification, the owner of the app may send a counter-notice to the same address with: a signature; identification of the removed file and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their district (or, outside the US, any judicial district in which Enzonic LLC may be found). We may restore the file after 10 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly host infringing files are terminated, in line with our acceptable use policy and terms. The full policy for all Rapidfile products is at rapidfile.cc/legal/dmca.
